How are your shirts sized?
Our polo shirts run a bit more tailored, so for a slightly roomier fit, size up.
What are the shirt’s neck sizes, I may want to wear a tie with it?
Small is 14.5, Medium 15.5, Large 16, X-Large 17, 2XL 18, 3XL 19, 4XL 20.
What are the care instructions?
We recommend a gentle wash and gentle dry or hang dry. Iron as necessary. You can dry clean them should you need to refresh the collar after multiple washes.
Item is showing delivered, but I don’t see it?
Shipping services such as UPS sometimes incorrectly post that an item was delivered. If it has been more than 72 hours and your item hasn’t arrived, please email support@collarsandco.com
I ordered the wrong size?
Please email us as soon as possible to support@collarsandco.com
However, if you already received a shipping confirmation, it’s likely too late. We can easily exchange it for you when you have received your initial order.
Where’s my order?
When an order ships out, you will receive an email or text with a tracking number. Please just click the link in your email or text communication. Please note that COVID-19 is causing UPS to have some delays in some cities and affecting shipping times.

How do I use my store credit?
When you are on the shipping address confirmation screen, you will see a field for “Gift card or discount code.” Enter your gift card number in that field box and click “Apply.”
Can I combine coupons?
Unfortunately not. Our system only allows for one coupon to be used per purchase.
What is the fabric?
Our polos are made from a performance poly, similar to what you would find on a modern golf shirt. 4-way stretch, lightweight and soft, but with a firm collar.
