Great Clothing but very poor customer service
I love the fit and quality of the clothing but customer service is terrible. I have received the wrong item for the 2rd time after sending back the original item that was already sent in error. If you sent me the wrong item you should just ship out the correct item immediately. Given the price and brand, to ask me to ship the original item back that was shipped in error is poor customer service. I still took the time to ship the original item back and you then actuallyl ship me the wrong item for the 2nd time in a row. I still don’t have the v neck sweater in navy.
